Living in Texas, you’ll think that I will have much experience with pecan pralines. In fact pecans grow everywhere here and as the trees the pralines. Now that I am curious about this sticky candy, to my dentist advise, which might not be such a great idea having braces to have any candies as it could be a not so sweet after math. Nevertheless this didn’t prevent me having the joy of watching my fiance enjoying one after one these ambrosial treats.
This is a great recipe to make and simple as 1,2,3. Since the instructions are very clear it was effortless to make. Although Passover was weeks ago,it’s always a good time for a gluten free delicacy.

Instead of the vanilla extract I substituted for almond extract and my faithful taster didn’t seem to mind. Then, I made half as praline and the other half as the Yum Rolls , However the humid weather had melted them completely and they all looked the same, but smaller, so I keep mine in the refrigerator. This makes it more well timed for Christmas.
